Traditional Japanese confections/dessert (Wagashi). Sweet/Glutinous brown rice mochi daifuku stuffed with dates and black sesame, dusted with kinako (roasted soy flour). Neri/Mizu yokan - agar jelly of azuki beans, dates and grapes. Yatsuhashi - crispy sweet brown rice cinnamon-flavoured cracker.
