Ricetta di Piero Benigni - Mettete la padella su un fornello potente, versate poca acqua e aggiungete i tortellini crudi. Fate bollire l’acqua e aggiungete pochissima salsa di pomodoro. Rimestate a fate cuocere per 1’ aggiungendo altra acqua quando necessario, sempre pochissima alla volta. Mettete un po’ di sale. Cuocete ancora 1 minuto, poi unite del burro e fatelo sciogliere bene. Mettete del pepe se volete e continuate a cuocere ancora 1’, poi aggiungete del parmigiano a piacere. Io metto anche del gorgonzola, ma non è obbligatorio. Rimestate e aggiungete pochissima acqua per avere il piatto molto cremoso. Servite su piatti caldi con altro parmigiano. Il piatto si fa nello stesso modo anche con i ravioli o altra pasta ripiena. ------------------ TORTELLINI IN THE PAN IN 4 MINUTES Recipe by Piero Benigni Put the pan on a high heat, pour in a little water or stock and add the raw tortellini. Das Wasser zum Kochen bringen und etwas Tomatensauce hinzufügen. Umrühren und 1' lang kochen lassen, bei Bedarf etwas mehr Wasser hinzufügen. Ein wenig Salz hinzufügen. Noch 1 Minute kochen lassen, dann etwas Butter hinzugeben und gut schmelzen lassen. Nach Belieben pfeffern und noch 1' weiterkochen, dann den Parmesan nach Geschmack hinzufügen. Ich habe auch etwas Gorgonzola-Käse dazugegeben, aber das ist nicht zwingend erforderlich. Umrühren und nur wenig Wasser hinzufügen, damit das Gericht sehr cremig wird. Auf heißen Tellern servieren und mit Parmesan bestreuen. Das Gericht kann auch mit Ravioli oder anderen gefüllten Nudeln auf die gleiche Weise zubereitet werden.
