Paneer Frankie Recipe: Frankie Masala : Red Chilli Powder - ½ tsp Coriander Powder - 1 tsp Cumin Powder - ½ tsp Turmeric Powder - ¼ tsp Dry Mango Powder - ½ tsp Chaat Masala - ¼ tsp Garam Masala - ¼ tsp Filling : Oil - 3 tbsp Onion (finely chopped) - 2 nos Ginger Garlic Paste - 2 tsp Red Chilli Powder - ½ tsp Coriander Powder - 1 tsp Turmeric Powder - ¼ tsp Cumin Powder - ½ tsp Garam Masala - ¼ tsp Green Chilli (finely chopped) - 2 nos Tomato (puree) - 3 nos Paneer Cubes (small) - 500g Water - ½ cup Salt - 1 tsp Black Pepper Powder - ½ tsp Sugar - ½ tsp Capsicum (julienne) - 1 no Coriander Leaves (finely Chopped) - 1 tbsp Other Ingredients : Chapati - 4 nos Mayonnaise - 2 tbsp Tomato Ketchup - 2 tbsp Cooking Instructions: 1. Mix the ingredients for the frankie masala and keep it aside. 2. Heat oil in a pan, add the onions, and saute till it turns light brown. 3. Add ginger garlic paste and cook it for a minute. 4. Add the dry powders and cook it for a minute on a low flame. 5. Add the pureed tomatoes and cook until the oil separates from it. 6. Add green chillies and mix it well. 7. Add the Paneer, mix it gently. Let it cook for 5 minutes in the masala. 8. Season the mixture, mix it well. 9. Add the capsicum, mix it well. Keep the filling aside. 10. Heat a tawa and cook the chapati evenly on both sides. Take it off the tawa. 11. Head oil in the same tawa, add a beaten egg, and spread it out evenly. 12. Sprinkle some. Immediately place the half cooked piece of chapati on top of it and flip it. 13. Let the chapati cook well. Take it off the tawa and place it on a board. 14. Spread mayonnaise and ketchup over the chapati 15. Sprinkle the frankie masala and add the paneer filling. Roll it tightly and serve it hot. Stay connected with us!
