Part 2 of our Sous Vide Beginner Series. If you’re starting to get into the world of Sous Vide cooking you certainly asked yourself, where should I start? Well we’re here to help you out. I’ll walk you through an easy first cook. Over the next couple of videos I’m going to give you my top 5 cooks for beginners. Next up, we’re doing blackened chicken thighs. And I’m also going to show you my favorite Caesar salads with some homemade croutons! If you haven’t watch part one, go check that out as well. Chicken Thighs Marinade red pepper 1/2tsp black pepper 1tsp salt - 2tsp cumin 3/4 tsp coriander 1/2tsp chili powder - 2tsp balsamic vinegar 1.5tbsp oil - 3tbps Croutons: 1 loaf French baguette .5 cup olive oil 2-3 diced garlic cloves .5 cup Parmesan cheese grated Caeser Dressing .25 cup Extra virgin olive oil Tbsp lemon juice (Meyer) Tbps red wine vinegar 2 tsp balsamic vinegar 1 tsp Worcestershire Sauce 1 tsp Dijon mustard 2 tsp lemon zest 1 tsp anchovie paste 2 cloves crushed garlic 1 coddled egg yoke .25 cup freshly grated parmesan fresh cracked pepper and sea salt to taste If you have any questions, leave them in the comments below and I will get back to you!
