Ingredients: 1/3 c. olive oil 1/3 c. canola oil 1 t. grated lemon zest 3 T. lemon juice (1 lemon) 1 T. red wine vinegar 1 t. fresh oregano, basil, and parsley 1 t. sun-dried tomatoes 1 t. minced garlic ½ t. salt and pepper 1 t. honey Directions: 1. Add all ingredients except for the oil into a food processor and process until a paste forms. 2. With the machine running, drizzle in the olive oil to form an emulsion. 3. Season to taste with salt and pepper is needed, 4. Best used immediately, but can be stored in a sealed container for up to 5 days in the refrigerator.
