RMC Storefront - https://www.amazon.com/shop/randymakescandy?ref_=cm_sw_r_cp_ud_aipsfshop_aipsfrandymakescandy_WHVZMC5B0RMFEBDEG07T INGREDIENTS 55g (1/4 cup) granulated sugar 8g (1/2 tbsp) butter ¼ tsp salt 22g (1.5 tbsp) evaporated milk 11g (1/4 cup) mini marshmallows 45g (1/4 cup) cherry baking chips 34g (1/8 cup) peanut butter 36g (1/4 cup) crushed peanuts DIRECTIONS Line the 4x4 pan with parchment, then spray the parchment paper with some cooking spray. In a saucepan, add the sugar, butter, salt, and evaporated milk. Bring it to a boil, stirring constantly Insert a candy thermometer and cook until the mixture reaches 234 degrees F, stirring constantly. Remove the pan from the stove and quickly stir in the mini marshmallows and cherry baking chips. Evenly spread the mixture into the lined pan and then set it aside. Melt the chocolate and peanut butter. Add the peanuts and stir together until well combined. Evenly spread this over the cherry layer. When it’s cool, remove it from the pan, and cut it into whatever size pieces you’d like. Thanks to Gibby Gibster for the awesome logo design.
