INGREDIENTS • Whole Chicken with skin • Sage • Rosemary • Oregano • Garlic • Chilli flakes • Lemon juice • Olive oil • Lemon zest: • Salt METOD • Chop sage, oregano, garlic, chili flake, lemon juice, lemon zest and mix it well. • Marinate and rub the whole chicken nicely with the mix and along with salt, pepper, paprika and olive oil. • Heat oil on a flat pan and place the chicken skin side down and put something heavy on it for 8mins. • After cooking it for 8mins transfer the chicken on a baking tray along with some bell pepper and cherry tomatoes and drizzle some marination on the vegetables and cook it in the oven for 20mins at 180 degrees.
