Ingredients for Muffins: 2½ cups (315g) all-purpose flour 1/2 tsp baking soda 1 tbsp baking powder 1/2 tsp salt 1/2 cup (120ml) unsalted butter, melted and slightly cooled 1 cup (200g) granulated sugar 2 large eggs, room temperature 1/2 cup (120g) sour cream (or Greek yogurt) 1/2 cup (120ml) milk 1 tsp pure vanilla extract 1 ½ cups (225g) fresh or frozen blueberries Streusel Topping: 1/3 cup (70g) brown sugar, packed 1/2 cup (65g) all-purpose flour 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon 1/4 cup (55g) unsalted butter, cold and cubed 👩‍🍳 Instructions 1. Preheat Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C). Line a muffin tin with paper liners or grease with nonstick spray. 2. Make the Streusel Topping In a small bowl, mix brown sugar, flour, and cinnamon.
