Ingredients
- β1 lb ground beef
- β1/2 lb shredded cheddar cheese
- β1/2 lb shredded Monterey Jack cheese
- β4 large flour tortillas
- β1 cup refried beans
- β1/2 cup salsa
- β1/4 cup sour cream
- β1 tsp garlic powder
- β1 tsp onion powder
- β1/2 tsp cumin
- β1/2 tsp chili powder
- β1/2 tsp salt
- β1/4 tsp black pepper
Instructions
- 1In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef until browned, about 5-7 minutes. Drain excess fat.
- 2Add garlic powder, onion powder, cumin, chili powder, salt, and black pepper to the beef. Stir to combine and cook for an additional 2 minutes.
- 3Warm the flour tortillas in a microwave or on a skillet until pliable.
- 4Spread 1/4 cup of refried beans on each tortilla.
- 5Layer 1/4 of the cooked beef mixture on top of the beans.
- 6Sprinkle 1/4 of the cheddar and Monterey Jack cheese on top of the beef.
- 7Drizzle 1 tablespoon of salsa and a dollop of sour cream on each tortilla.
- 8Fold in the sides of the tortilla and roll it up tightly to form a burrito.
- 9Repeat the process for the remaining tortillas and filling.
- 10Preheat the oven to 350Β°F (175Β°C).
- 11Place the burritos seam-side down in a baking dish. Top with remaining salsa and cheese.
- 12Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
