You can always add extra toppings, but I decided to keep it basic and simple for this video. Place the bacon strips in a single layer on a foil-lined sheet tray. Bake the bacon until just crisp, about 15 minutes or until crispy. While the bacon bakes, sprinkle the tomato slices with salt and pepper. Arrange the cooked bacon, tomato slices and lettuce slices on one slice of bread. Spread one side of remaining bread slice with the mayonnaise. Bring the two pieces together to make a sandwich. Enjoy! #blt #sandwich
