Today we are a making a healthy turkey meatloaf. This recipe comes together easily using only 5 ingredients. It is perfect for those nights you don't have time to cook. Happy Baking ~ Wendy #healthyturkeymeatloaf #5ingredientrecipes Healthy Turkey Meatloaf 1 pound ground turkey 1 egg 1/2 cup salsa 1/2 chopped red bell pepper 1/2 chopped onion 1/2 cup dry bread crumbs 1 teaspoon pepper 1/2 teaspoon salt Directions Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). In a large bowl combine all of the ingredients. Mix well with hands until blended. Press mixture into a greased 9x5 loaf pan. Bake in the preheated oven for 25 minutes.
