Roast at 400F/205C for 20 minutes. Pour white wine over potatoes and add fish, skin side down. Season with salt and pepper. Drizzle herb and olive oil mixture over the fish, and then the potatoes and onions. Roast for 25 more minutes, until fish is no longer translucent. Serve with additional chopped parsley.
