Hyderabadi Inspired Beef Curry | Rich Semi-Gravy Style | Easy Beef Masala Curry Looking for a rich and flavorful beef curry that’s easy to make? Try this Hyderabadi-Inspired Beef Curry, cooked in a pressure cooker with whole spices, curd, and golden fried onions (birista). This is my home-style version that delivers bold taste with minimal effort. Perfect to pair with rice, roti, or naan! Note I : 1. Cooking time can depend on the size and type of your pressure cooker. In a smaller cooker (like 3 or 5 litres), pressure builds up faster, so the meat may cook a bit quicker. In a larger cooker (like 7 or 8 litres), it might take slightly longer to reach full pressure, so you may need an extra whistle or a little more time. Always check if the beef is tender before proceeding. 2. I’ve used 2 medium onions (230 gms) while pressure cooking and added about 50 gms of fried onions (birista) later. The sliced onions add body and sweetness to the gravy, while the birista gives it extra richness depth, and a Hyderabadi-style flavor. You can reduce the amount slightly if you prefer, but I’ve used this balance for a thick, flavorful curry. Ingredients In pressure cooker : 500 gms Beef (boneless, cut into medium size) 1 bay leaf (tej patta) 1 Black Cardamom (badi elaichi) 3 to 4 Green Cardamoms (hari elaichi) 2 to 3 cloves (lavang) 1 small cinnamon stick (dalchini) 2 large (230 gms) Onions (sliced) 1 medium (80 gms) Tomatoes (chopped) 1 tbsp Ginger Garlic Paste 1/2 tsp Turmeric Powder (haldi powder) 1 tbsp Kashmiri Red Chilli Powder 1/2 tsp Salt (or as per taste) 2 tbsp Cooking Oil 400 ml Water Ingredients after pressure cooking : 3 tbsp Curd 1 large Onion (fried to birista - it comes to 50 gms) 1 heaped tsp Pepper Powder (kali mirch) 1/4 tsp Carom Seeds Powder (ajwain powder) 1 tsp Garam Masala Powder 1/4 tsp Cumin Seeds Powder (jeera powder) 1/2 tsp Fennel Seeds Powder (saunf powder) 1 tsp Lemon Juice (optional - use only if you want a little bit of tanginess) For Garnishing : 2 tbsp coriander leaves (chopped), 1 tbsp Ginger juliennes 2 to 3 Green Chillies (chopped) Note II : tsp is teaspoon tbsp is tablespoon Use Oil as per your diet restrictions Use Chillies as per your spice preference Always wash curry leaves & coriander leaves before use For detailed recipe please watch the video 😊 Do try this recipe and write to me in the comment section how you found this recipe. ** Don't forget to like, share and subscribe dear friends !! #kitchenkravings #hyderabadibeefmasalacurry #beefrecipes #beefmasalarecipe #beefkorma #easybeefmasala #easybeefcurry #beefmasalacurry kitchen kravings, hyderabadi beef masala curry, hyderabadi beef curry, beef recipes, beef masala curry recipe, kitchen kravings beef masala curry, beef korma, bakrid recipes, simple beef recipes, hyderabadi beef masala by kitchen kravings, hyderabadi recipes, gosht ka salan, gosht ka korma, korma, danedaar beef masala, easy beef recipes, eid recipes, hyderabadi korma, beef masala recipe in hindi, beef masala recipe in urdu, ramzan recipes, beef curry, beef karahi, beef masala curry, beef masala curry recipe, beef gravy,
