Hey Foodies! Are you a fan of siomai? Here's my vegetarian version of the classic pork sui mai dumplings. Flavoured and minced vegetables are wrapped in ready made wonton wrappers and simply steamed! Best serve with chili garlic and soy sauce. Easy, delicious and healthy! ------- Link for kitchen tools and ingredients used on my video recipe: āž”ļø https://lnk.bio/HFPH_Arkaik Thank you for the support! ------------- Ingredients: Chia "Egg' 1 tbsp chia seeds + 60ml water 400g firm tofu 1 red onion 5 cloves garlic 1 stalk spring onion 1 medium carrot 300g button mushrooms 100g ubod (heart of palm) 2 tbsp nutritional yeast 2 tbsp vegetarian oyster sauce salt and pepper 1/3 cup cornstarch add more if needed siomai wrappers steam for 15-20 minutes top with chili garlic oil and spring onion serve with soy sauce and calamansi or lemon ------------- Let's be friends!
