Here we have used Jaggery to flavour Chenna. The melt in mouth fudge tastes amazing when refrigerated for some time before serving. Kacha gola is usually not as sweet as compared to the other Indian sweets. The main reason for its popularity is the lightness of the recipe. Unlike traditional Indian sweets which are either fried or soaked in rich sugary syrup, this one is a refreshing change. It’s extremely aromatic and refreshing because of its light ingredients. Kancha golla is also popular as Pranhara sweet too, mainly in Bangladesh. In Bengali language, Kacha or Kancha means raw or uncooked and Golla indicates something with a round shape. On the other hand, kacha golla also named “Pranhara” for stealing our hearts. So as per its Bengali meaning, it is a “kacha chanar golla sandesh misti” that will easily steal the heart. Ingredients:- Milk 1 lt. Vinegar 2 tsp + Water 2 tsp Ghee 1 tsp. Date palm jaggery / Patali Gur :- 100 gm.
