Ingredients; 4 - 6 Pieces of Fish Seasonings of Choice 1 Large Eggs 3 Tbsp of Water Hot Sauce Flour for Dredging Directions 1. Season fish with your favorite seasonings. 2. In a bowl, mix together eggs, hot sauce, water and a little of the same seasonings used on the fish. 3. Let marinate in the refrigerator overnight or a minimum of one of hour. 4. After marinating, bring to room temperature. 5. Dredge in flour and let rest on a wire rack for 15 minutes, This will develop a nice crust when frying. 6. Deep fry in oil, at least 350 degrees or pan fry on the stovetop. 7. Fry for 10 - 15 minutes until golden brown. 8. Once golden brown and floats, serve hot with your favorite sides or as a sandwich.
