Today we are sharing with you how to make celeriac, potato and rosemary gratin. It is a very tasty and cheesy gratin recipe. Ingredients: • 2-3 medium potatoes • a half of celeriac • 200 ml double cream • 5 cloves of garlic • parsley • chilli • greated cheddar cheese • parmesan • 1 tsp. mustard • chicken stock • salt • black pepper Method: 1. Heat oven to 180C. 2. Cut poatoes and celeriac into thin pieces. 3. Heat 200 ml. fresh double cream into a small saucepan, add mustard, chopped garlic, chopped chilli and chopped rosemary and parsley. Add chicken stock and some water. Season with salt and black pepper. Cook it for about 5 minutes. 4. Arrange a layer of potatoes onto a bottom of a dish. Pour over some of the cream mixture and add some parmesan. Add a layer of celeriac, pour over some of the cream mixture and add some greated cheddar cheese. Continue this method until your dish is full. 5. Bake for about on 1hour. After 1 hour add some cheese on the top and bake for another 10-15 minutes. #howtomake #celeriac #potato #gratin
