고추장하고 새우젓으로 간을 하여 감자를 넣고 끓이는 감자찌개 -재료- 감자 400g, 표고버섯 1개, 부추 50g 청량고추 3개 보리새우 10g, 고추장 1큰술 간마늘 1큰술, 굵은 고춧가루 1큰술 새우젓 1큰술, 멸치육수 500ml -레시피- 1. 감자, 표고버섯, 매운고추, 부추를 썰어주세요. 2. 냄비에 감자, 멸치다시물을 부어주세요. 3. 고추장, 새우젓, 고춧가루, 보리새우를 넣고 끓여주세요. 4. 80% 익었을때 간마늘을 넣어주세요. 5. 표고버섯을 넣어주세요. 6. 양파를 반개 썰어 넣어주세요. 7. 20분 뒤 부추를 넣고 불을 끄면 완성 !
