  • 1/2 cup celery, chopped

  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese (optional)

Instructions

  1. 1Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. 2In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked chicken, stuffing mix, chicken broth, cream of chicken soup, celery, onion, milk, garlic powder, black pepper, and salt. Mix well until all ingredients are combined.
  3. 3Transfer the mixture into a greased 9x13 inch baking dish, spreading it evenly.
  4. 4If using, sprinkle the shredded cheddar cheese on top of the mixture.
  5. 5Cover the baking dish with aluminum foil and bake in the preheated oven for 30 minutes.
  6. 6After 30 minutes, remove the foil and bake for an additional 15-20 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and the casserole is heated through.
