Antioxidant Packed Loaded Yogurt Bowl! INGREDIENTS: ½ cup unsweetened greek yogurt About 1 to 2 tablespoons almond butter A handful of blueberries A handful of granola 1 tablespoon cocoa Nibs 1 tablespoon honey INSTRUCTIONS: Add yogurt into a medium bowl. Top with almond butter, blueberries, cocoa nibs, granola and honey. Enjoy! We love adding Greek yogurt (especially the Siggis brand) to meals! It is a great way to get in some additional protein!
