Lots of Texture Profile from the Minced Meat and Vegetables used. Topped off with Crispy Fried Egg. Everything is Balanced out with Jasmine Rice. Making this Dish. Delicious and Comforting must try Dish at Thai Restaurants! The Star of the Show is the Holy Basil 🌿 which is hard to find here in the States. Recipe: 1 Tbs of Sugar 5 Garlic Cloves 4 Tbs of Fish Sauce 1 Cup of Minced Onions (optional) 1 Cup of Chopped Long Bean (optional) 2 Tbs of Soy Sauce 2 Tbs of Oyster Sauce 3 Tbs of Dark Soy Sauce 4 Tbs of Vegetable Oil Holy Basil or Thai Basil Thai Chili Peppers Pick your Protein, I used 2 Cup of Ground Pork.
