If you don't have Mango, you can use tomatoes instead. 2 Khmer Catfish 2 mangoes baby tomatoes green onions garlic or shallots chilli peppers squid or fish sauce 1tbs sugar 1tsp MSG optional - I rarely use, only when using with fermented fish or fish sauce.
