Video Description

Thai Basil Chicken (Pad Krapow Gai) is a bold, aromatic stir-fry that bursts with flavor in every bite. Traditionally served over fluffy jasmine rice and often topped with a crispy fried egg (Kai Dao), this Thai street food classic is pure comfort on a plate. Want to switch it up? Adjust the spice level, swap chicken for pork, beef, or tofu, or even serve it in lettuce wraps for a lighter twist. Leftovers store well in an airtight container for up to three days and can be reheated in a pan with a splash of water or in the microwave. Whether you're looking for a quick, satisfying meal or an authentic taste of Thailand, Pad Krapow Gai is guaranteed to deliver!
