Meatballs 1 lb beef Onion, diced Green peppers, diced 1 egg 1 cup breadcrumbs Splash of heavy cream Boursin cheese- 1/2 pack Salt and pepper Onion powder Garlic powder Creole seasoning Italian seasoning Lipton beef onion mix This is my meatballs recipe. However for spaghetti stuffed meatballs use 2 lbs beef. I added yellow & red peppers bc I had some in the fridge however it’s not necessary if u don’t have it. Also use 2 cups breadcrumbs for this instead of 1. I only used 1 but nxt time I will use 2.
