Ingredients

●4 large eggs
●1/4 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or your choice)
●1/4 cup diced bell peppers
●1/4 cup diced onions
●1/4 tsp salt
●1/4 tsp black pepper
●1/4 tsp paprika
●1/4 tsp garlic powder
●Cooking spray

Instructions

1Preheat the air fryer to 270°F (130°C).
2In a mixing bowl, crack the eggs and whisk them until well beaten.
3Add the shredded cheese, diced bell peppers, diced onions, salt, black pepper, paprika, and garlic powder to the eggs. Mix until combined.
4Lightly spray the air fryer basket with cooking spray to prevent sticking.
5Pour the egg mixture into silicone muffin cups or a small baking dish that fits in the air fryer.
6Place the muffin cups or baking dish in the air fryer basket.
7Cook for 10-12 minutes, or until the eggs are set and lightly golden on top.
8Carefully remove the cups or dish from the air fryer and let cool for a few minutes.
9Gently pop the egg snacks out of the cups or dish and serve warm.
