how to make tender beef stir fry[ASMR] Ingredients: • 450g / 1 lb beef (tenderloin) • 80g / 2.8 oz green bell pepper • 60g / 2.1 oz red bell pepper • 70g / 2.5 oz yellow bell pepper • 30g / 1 oz garlic • 120g / 4.2 oz mushrooms (optional) To marinate the beef: • 1 tbsp rice wine, 2 tsp light soy sauce, 1/4 tsp sugar • 1 tsp cornstarch, 1/4 tsp baking soda, 1 tbsp water → Mix well and pour over the beef. Toss until fully absorbed.
