Every recipe is gluten-free, dairy-free, family-friendly, and super quick to throw together. Hope this helps give you ideas for busy weeks! 💗 ⸻ 🍲 CHICKEN & RICE SOUP (Crockpot Version) Ingredients: • 8 chicken thighs • 1 container bone broth • 1 container chicken stock • 1 cup jasmine rice • Seasonings of choice (salt, pepper, garlic, onion, parsley) Instructions: 1. Add chicken thighs, broth, and stock to crockpot. 2. Season well. 3. Cook on LOW 6 hours or HIGH 3–4 hours. 4. Add jasmine rice for the last hour of cooking. 5. Shred chicken and stir. ⸻ 🌮 ENCHILADA BOWLS Ingredients: • Ground beef or turkey • 1 can black beans (rinsed) • 1 can corn • 1 can enchilada sauce • 1 diced onion • Taco seasoning • Rice for serving Instructions: 1. Brown meat with onion + seasoning. 2. Add beans, corn, and enchilada sauce. 3. Simmer 10 minutes. 4.
