Place the tray upside down to the 2nd shelf of the oven from top. - To make the sauce add 2 cloves of garlic, 5 sprigs of thyme, half a teaspoon of salt, half a teaspoon of coarse black pepper and a pinch of sugar to mortar. If you have, you can use a food processor to make the sauce. - To level up and make it a great pizza sauce, add 2 slices of cured roast beef to the mortar as well. You can use any cured, smoked meat. - Smash the mixture with pestle and make it like a puree, minced meat. - Add 10 tablespoons tomato puree and mix. You can use any kind of tomato puree or mix tomato paste with tomato juice. - Lastly, add 4 tablespoons of olive oil and give it a last mix. Your sauce is ready. - Take a lavash bread, or any kind of flat bread of your choice and spread 3-4 tablespoons of sauce on top of it. If your lavash is too thin sprinkle some semolina on the baker’s peel and place the lavash on top of it. You can use a thin foil wrapped cardboard instead of baker’s peel. - Put, around 100 gr (3,5 oz.) string cheese in strings on the sauce. Add a little more sauce on cheese as well. - Put 4-5 of cashew nuts on the pizza. - Bake for 2 minutes at the bottom of your oven then put it on the tray that you have placed before and bake for another 2 minutes. While your first pizza is baking, you can prepare the second one at that time. - Take out the pizza from the oven and place 5-6 sprigs of rockets on top of it. - Tear apart 3 slices of roast beef and place them as well. - For the final touch, drizzle some balsamic vinegar, extra virgin olive oil and sprinkle some black pepper. - From preparation to eat, your crunchy, juicy pizza is ready in less than 10 minutes!
