CLASSIC PANNACOTTA 2 gelatin sheets 250 ml cream 50 ml milk 1 tsp vanilla extract 90 g castor sugar Fresh berries to serve 1. Soak the gelatine sheets in cold water for 10 minutes. 2. Meanwhile, in a bowl, mil cream, milk, vanilla and sugar. 3. Microwave for 2 minutes or till hot. Squeeze the excess water from the gelatine sheets and add to the hot cream mixture. 4.
