Receta/recipe @Panaderiatradicionalmexicana INGREDIENTES: 8 tazas de harina para pan de alta proteína o harina para pan normal (1,080g) 1 1/2 tazas de azúcar granulada (300g) 1 cucharadita de sal (6g) 5 cucharaditas de levadura seca instantánea (20g) 1 1/4 de taza más 1 cucharada de mantequilla sin sal a temperatura ambiente (300g) 1/3 de taza (80ml/g) de agua tibia si se usa harina para pan normal o 1/2 taza (118ml/g) de agua tibia si se usa harina para pan de alta proteína 14 yemas de huevo grandes (260ml/g) 6 huevos grandes (300ml/g) 1/4 de cucharadita de canela en polvo 5 cucharaditas de anís seco (10g) 1 cucharada de extracto de vainilla (15ml/g) PARA DECORACIÓN: 1/4 de taza de semillas de ajonjolí 3 cucharadas de manteca vegetal Agua la necesaria Hornear a 350 F o 177 C por 18-20 minutos.
