Fishy Friends! It is BBQ time! Today I am in the port of IJmuiden, this is a harbour city close to Amsterdam and has the largest fishing port in the Netherlands! Here I am making fish skewers on the BBQ with salsa verde. I am using salmon, tuna and swordfish for the skewers, because these fish have a firm structure and do not fall apart on the BBQ. In combination with the salsa verde, this dish gives you a real fresh, summer feeling!
