Recipe for Creamy spicy gochujang noodles Ingredients: - 1 packet of noodles (any variety) - Salt - Water for boiling - 1 to 2 tbsp butter - 1 tbsp oil - 1 cup mushroom - 1 cup Bell pepper - 1 tbsp crushed or grated garlic - 2 tbsp flour - 1 cup milk - 1/2 cup processed cheese or any melting cheese - Salt to taste - Black pepper to taste - Reserved water - 1 tsp red chili flakes - 1 tsp light soy sauce - 1 tbsp ketchup - 1 tsp gochujang paste - 1 cup cubed bell pepper - 1 cup mushrooms - Green onion Method: 1. Boil the noodles according to the packet instructions, reserving half a cup of water before draining. 2. In a pan, add butter, then stir-fry the veggies of your choice with salt on high flame for 30 seconds to 1 minute. Remove the veggies from the pan. 3. Add butter and oil to the same pan, then sauté garlic. After garlic is done, add flour and cook for 1 minute on medium flame or until the rawness of flour is gone. 4. Gradually add milk to the pan, whisking well to avoid lumps. Add salt, black pepper, grated cheese, and reserved water. Cook until the cheese melts. 5. Add red chili flakes, soy sauce, ketchup, and gochujang paste. Stir well. 6. Add the cooked veggies to the mixture, stir and combine. Now, add noodles and combine. 7.
