Ingredients : 1 Oil 1 tsp 2 Chopped garlic 1 tsp 3 Chopped onion 3 tsp 4 Soaked overnight and boiled rajma 4 tsp 5 Chopped red, yellow, green Capsicum ½ cup 6 Salt to taste 7 Black pepper powder ¼ tsp 8 Mixed herbs ¼ tsp 9 Oregano ½ tsp 10 Boiled sweet corn ¼ cup 11 Cooked Basmati Rice 2 cups 12 Olive oil 1 tbsp 13 Oregano ½ tsp 14 Red chilli flakes ½ tsp 15 Chopped garlic 1 tsp 16 Black pepper powder ½ tsp 17 Chopped onion 4 tbsp 18 Chopped French beans 2 tbsp 19 Sliced baby corn 3-4 Nos 20 Boiled sweet corn 2 tbsp 21 Pieces of paneer, chopped green, Red & yellow capsicum ¾ cup 22 Salt to taste 23 Red chilli powder 1 tsp 24 Paprika powder ½ tsp 25 Crushed boiled rajma 2 tbsp 26 Crushed tomato 2 tbsp 27 Ready made tomato puree ¼ cup 28 Red chilli flakes 1 tsp 29 Tomato ketchup 1 tsp 30 Mixed herbs ½ tsp 31 Nacho crisps for garnish 32 Jalapenos (optional) for garnish #mexicanricerecipevegetarian #amazinghomekitchen #mexicanfood #mexicanrecipe #hotpot #onepotmeal #spicyhotpot #mexicanrecipes #olla #mexicano #recipe #mexicancuisine #howtomake #goviral #mexicanhotpotrecipe Process: Cook 2 cups washed Basmati rice and keep aside. Take ingredients at SL No 1 to 10 in a pan and saute. Add cooked Basmati Rice in it and keep aside. Take ingredients from SL No 12 to 30 and make Hot Sauce gravy and keep aside. Now take Basmati rice preparation in a serving bowl and pour hot sauce in middle. Garnish with Nacho crisps & Jalapenos (optional) on top.
