Brink the water and vinegar to a simmer then turn off the heat. 2. Add the garlic, salt and sugar. Remove the pot from the burner to cool. 3. Begin layering onion, 2 eggs, then dill. Repeat until finished. 4. Add in the pickling spice. 5. Pour the cooled water mixture over the eggs.
