I’m talking a thick ribeye steak, sprinkled with some of my Beef Rub, and then cooked to perfection from top to bottom. Not only do they cook all the way through exactly how you want, but there’s almost no work involved on your part. Just season, place, and forget. To take this recipe over the top, I added in some hearty veggies. Yukon gold potatoes and tasty green beans, both which cook right along side your steak.
