Chicken is probably one of the easiest meats to stir-fry in the wok. If you are new to cooking in the wok, you will find this video helpful. I am going to provide eight guidelines for you to follow in order to be successful in applying this stir-fry technique in your kitchen. Prepping the chicken is important, and prepping in advance using my system will allow you to have chicken available to cook from the freezer in 10 minutes.
