Ingredients-- - 2 Eggs - 1/3 Cup Sugar - 1 Tsp Vanilla Extract - 1 Tbsp Cocoa Powder - 1/2 Cup All Purpose Flour - 1/4 Cup Milk - 1/4 Cup Melted Butter - Pinch of Salt - Ice Cream (Any Flavor) - Mixed Nuts - Melted Chocolate Method- Step 1 - In a Bowl, Add 2 Eggs, 1/3 cup sugar, Whisk well. Step 2 - Add 1 Tsp Vanilla Extract, 1 Tbsp Cocoa powder, 1/2 Cup All purpose flour(Maida), 1/4 cup milk,1/4 cup Melted Butter and a pinch of salt and mix well to make a thin batter. Step 3- On a heated Pan, make the taco shell by spreading the batter evenly. Cook from both the sides. Step 4 - Now, Place the hot Taco Shell on the rack to give it a taco shape and freeze for 30 min-1 hr. Step 5 - Melt the chocolate by microwaving for 1 min and then 30 sec till the chocolate melts properly. Step 6 - Spread the melted chocolate on the inside part of frozen tacos. Freeze again for 20-30 min. Step 7 - Once the chocolate is frozen, fill the tacos with ice cream (Any Flavor) of your choice. Freeze for 1-2 hrs. Step 8 - Once ice cream is frozen dip the taco in the melted chocolate and then in the mixed crushed nuts and freeze again for 15-20 min. The tacos are ready to serve and you can store them in the freezer for the next time as well.
