Bag of Frozen Mixed Vegetables • 1 8 oz. Can of Sliced Mushrooms • ¼ TSP of Black Pepper • ¼ TSP of Garlic Powder • ¼ TSP of Onion Powder • ¼ TBSP of your Favorite Italian Seasoning • 1 TBSP of Parsley Flakes • 2 TBSP of Soy Sauce • 1 Cup of Chicken Broth or Bouillon ⬇️⬇️ Chicken Rub for Air Frying ⬇️⬇️ • ¼ TSP of Salt • ¼ TSP of Black Pepper • 1 TSP of Garlic Powder • 1 TSP of Onion Powder • ½ TBSP of your Favorite Italian Seasoning • ½ TSP of Smoked Paprika • 1 TSP of Thyme • Pinch of Cayenne Pepper (Optional) 👉Cooking Instructions: • In an Instant Pot insert, add the seasoned frozen chicken leg quarters in a sealed Ziploc bag. Next, in a separate Ziploc bag, add the rice in a 1:1 ratio of liquid to rice and the mixed vegetables. Season the mixed vegetables and the rice to taste and seal the Ziploc bag, getting most of the air out of the bag. Next, add both bags to the Instant Pot insert and add water, covering both bags with water. Next, set the Instant Pot to sous vide for 2-3 hours at 150°F. When the sous vide process is done, remove the chicken and drain any juices from the bag; save the juice if you want to make a gravy. Remove the rice and vegetables keep them warm in the plastic bag until your ready to serve. Clean the Instant Pot insert, pat the chicken dry, add your favorite seasonings, place the chicken on the trivet that came with the Instant Pot, put the trivet with the chicken leg quarters into the Instant Pot insert, put the air fryer lid on the Instant Pot, and set the Instant Pot to air-fry for 10-15 minutes at 380°F-400°F until golden brown and the internal temperature reaches 165°F-174°F to taste or the desired doneness.
