Tenderizing Marinade for Steak 1/4c Light Soy Sauce 1/4c Balsamic Vinegar 1/4c Extra Virgin Olive Oil 2tsp Dijon Mustard 1tbsp Worcestershire Sauce 2tsp Garlic minced Salt and Pepper to taste Place all ingredients in a small bowl and whisk together well Put the steak in a resealable bag and pour the marinade in the bag Squeeze the air out of the bag and place in the refrigerator for 2 – 8 hours Flip the bag over halfway thru the marinating time The marinade can be used to make a sauce, but make sure to boil it for at least 5 minutes Heat your grill or grill pan on medium to medium high heat Shake of the excess marinade and place the steaks on the grill or in the pan Cook until medium rare Let the meat rest for 10 minutes before cutting Slice the steak into strips and pour any juices that collected during the resting time over it Can be served as the protein for a dinner or used in sandwiches or salads
