Note: this dough can make 2 , 12 inches pizzas . In a stand mixer or bowl , add all ingredients; Add plain flour, yeast, sugar, salt, milk powder. Give the dry ingredients a mix. Pour water slowly. Start kneading on low speed for 2 minutes. Then 5/6 minutes on high speed. Add olive oil. Knead well until dough is smooth. Gather the dough. Place the dough in a bowl. Cover with cling film and keep in warm place for atleast 2 hours. . . . Pizza Sauces INGREDIENTS; Olive oil: 2 tbsp Onion: 1 small chopped Garlic: 4/5 cloves minced Tomatoes(canned Chopped ): 2 cups Brown sugar: 1 tbsp Dried oregano: 1 tsp Dried basil: 1 tsp Crushed chillies: 1 tsp Salt: 1/2 tsp . Pizza Sauce Method: In a pan over medium heat, Add olive oil, add garlic and cook for few minutes until flavour infused in oil. Add dried basil & oregano. Mix. Add chopped onions. Stir & cook until sauté. Add chilli flakes , brown sugar and salt. Stir Add tomatoes. Once start bubbling, cover and simmer on low heat until thickened and well combined.
