If you want you can give coal smoke either on this stage or after frying kababs. Make Kababs and fry in less oil, keep aside. Making of Gravy:- 5 Med Size Onions 20/25 Cashewnut 15/20 Green Chillies 2 black crdamom 2/3 Green Cardamom 15/20 Whole Black Pepper 10/15 Garlic Cloves 1 inch Ginger Piece Half Cup Yougurt ( I forgot to mention in video) 1 Bay Leave Other Spices:- Salt to taste 1/2 Ts Turmeric 1/2 Ts Roasted Cumin Powder 1 Tb Roasted Coriander Powder 1/2 Ts Black Pepper 1/2 Ts Whole Spice Powder 1/2 Cup Cream 1/2 Ts Green Cardamom Powder 1 Tb Fenugreek Leaves Method: Put 4/5 Tb Oil in pan and add whole spices, then add onion, after 2/3 add green chillies, giner, garlic and cashewnut. Dont make it brown, fry for few minutes and then blend in blender with little water. Also add half cup yougurt while blending. Now put 1 cup oil in pan and add chicken bones for enhancing flavour of gravy. fry for few minutes and then add blended masala. Add all powder spices and cook for 20 to 25 minutes, after 25 minutes add cream, green cardamom powder and fenugreek leaves. and cook for 5 to 6 minutes on low flame. now add seekh kabab and cook on low flame for 8 to 10 minutes
