INGREDIENTS 2 Cotes de porc/ 2 pork chops 2 bananes plantains vertes/ 2 green plantain 1 oignon/ 1 onion 1 tomate/ 1 tomato 3 cuil. a soupe de tomate concentree/ 3 tbsp tomato paste 1 cuil. a soupe Cumin/ 1 tbsp cumin 1 cuil. a d’oignon en poudre/ onion powder 1 cuil. soupe d’ail en poudre/ garlic powder 1 cuil. a the de muscade / 1 tsp nutmeg 1 cuil. a the Poivre noir/ 1tsp black pepper Sel/salt 115 ml d’huile / 1/2 cup oil PREPARATION 1. Eplucher et couper les bananes en morceaux. Couper la tomate et l’oignon. 2. Dans un marmite, chauffer l’huile. Ajouter le porc et du sel, muscade. Cuire pendant 3 minutes. Ajouter l’oignon et cuire pendant 3 minutes. 3. Ajouter les bananes, la tomate, la tomate concentree, l’oignon en poudre, l’ail en oudre, le poivre noir, le cumin et de l’eau. Laisser cuire jusqu’a ce que les soientt cuites. Remuer de temps en temps. Ajuster l’assaisonnement en cas de besoin. 4. Des que les bananes sont cuites retirer du feu et servire. ENGLISH 1.
