Tuscan Beans & Sausage

This simple but flavorful dish can be as easy or as complex as you want. I made my own Italian sausages, but the ones available in the store are good. I started with dry cannellini beans that I soaked and cooked, but you can use the beans available in cans. I used tomatoes from my own garden, but you can use canned tomatoes. With simple ingredients you can make this dish easily and quickly, or if you really enjoy cooking, enjoy an hour or two in the kitchen preparing your own ingredients. Either way, the end result is delicious.
