In das Öl den in Scheiben geschnittenen Knoblauch und die Chilischote geben. Danach die Gambas dazu geben und mit Salz und Pfeffer würzen. Die Gambas 3 - 4 Minuten kochen. Zum Schluß gehackte Petersilie dazu geben und servieren. Italiano : 500 grammi di gamberi 250 ml di olio d'oliva 2 spicchi d'aglio 1 peperoncino prezzemolo sale Pepe Scaldare l'olio d'oliva in una padella. Aggiungere all'olio l'aglio affettato e il peperoncino. Quindi aggiungere i gamberi e condire con sale e pepe. Cuocere i gamberi per 3 - 4 minuti. Infine aggiungete il prezzemolo tritato e servite.
