Aloha, today I will be sharing with you one of my childhood favorite recipes, the lomi oio saimin or ramen cup noodle recipe. We went fishing for bonefish also known as oio and made lomi oio dumplings that go inside our instant cup noodles. It is the perfect late night snack or the perfect dinner while camping at the beach.
