Apple Cider Donut Cake is a fluffy cake packed with apple cider flavor, then topped with cinnamon sugar to make a delicious treat! 1 C apple cider 3/4 C apple sauce 3/4 C oil 3 eggs 2 tsp vanilla 2 C flour 1 1/2 C oat flour 1 1/2 C sugar 1 1/2 tsp baking powder 1/2 tsp baking soda 1/2 tsp salt Mix all ingredients and bake in a well-greased bundt pan. Bake at 350° for 45-50 minutes. Cool for 10 minutes then invert onto a serving platter and brush with 3 Tbsp melted butter and sprinkle with 1/4 C sugar and 1/2 tsp cinnamon OR for a glaze mix 1 C powdered sugar and a couple Tbsp of apple cider and drizzle over warm cake.
