¡Bienvenidos! Hoy te traigo una sopa saludable y fácil de preparar. Si eres vegano o no, esta sopa es deliciosa y está repleta de vitaminas y minerales. Requiere un poco de tiempo de preparación y es un buen comienzo para su plato principal. No sé ustedes, pero me encanta el olor de una buena sopa y esta desprende un agradable aroma. Espero que disfrutes esto. A continuación está la receta de esta sopa 1 Puerro grande 1 Manojo entero de apio 2 Papas medianas 1 Rama de romero 1/2 Manojo de Salvia 4 Hongos grandes 2 Ramas de menta 6 Tazas de agua 2 Ajos Aceite para freir Especias, comino, curry, pimienta negra, sal de ajo, turmeric, 1 cucharada grande de caldo de pollo y sal. Deja que el apio se cocine un poco antes de agregar la papa, cuando ya esten cocidos agregas los hongos deja unos 2 minutos y por ultimo la menta romero y salvia apaga y listo.
