Ingredients 1 glass of water 1 tbsp of jaggery 2 cardamoms 6-8 black peppers 1/2 tsp ginger juice Preparation Grate the jaggery Crush the cardamom and black peppers into a fine powder Grate the ginger and squeeze it to extract juice from it. Procedure Add jaggery to water and let it dissolve completely. Strain it to take away any impurities from jaggery. Add ginger juice, crushed cardamom and black pepper. Mix them well.
