Watch our new video: Green Pasta with Spinach, Chicken and Gorgonzola Recipe Ingredients for 3 servings: Chicken fillet - 300-350g Spinach - 100-125g Walnuts - 50g (and a little more for decoration) Garlic - 1-3 cloves (to taste) Olive oil Cream 20% - 200 ml Salt, black pepper Gorgonzola - 50-100 g (and a little more for decoration). Gorgonzola gives a spicy bitterness, so adjust the amount to your taste. Favorite pasta for 3 servings Hard parmesan cheese or similar. Dice chicken fillets and fry in oil until golden. Chop the spinach, toasted nuts, garlic, part of the cream and a spoonful of olive oil in a blender until puréed. Add the creamed spinach to the chicken, pour in the remaining cream, add the spices and gorgonzola to taste. Stir and simmer briefly. Add the pasta cooked in aldente and leave for another 2 minutes.
