It is a typically eaten in breakfast or lunch or as a snack, a real good option to carry while traveling. Thepla can be made with wheat flour,besan, methi leaves and other spices. In my recipe i have used oats flour to make it more healthy.  Ingredients : - 1 Cup Oats Flour 1 Cup Wheat Flour 2 TSP Besan 1/2 TSP Turmeric Powder 1/2 TSP Dhaniya (Coriander Powder) 1/2 TSP Red Chilly Powder 1 TSP Green Chilly and Ginger Paste 1/2 TSP Cumin Seeds 1/2 TSP Ajwain (Carom Seeds) 1 TSP Roasted Sesame Seeds (Til) 1 TSP Oil Salt to taste Oil or Ghee for roasting 5 to 6 TBS Curd This video is about how to cook perfect n Methi Oats Thepla.
